Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 876get ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "your", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 876get platform located at 876get.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any future versions of the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a 876get account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the binding agreement between you and 876get. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

876get reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the notification methods described in Section 8 below. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 876get, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 876get is strictly an adult platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of another person or any corporate entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested exclusion from any online gambling platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where 876get's services are not authorised.
• You must be of sound mind and not be acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of placing any wager or making any financial transaction.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their individual jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

876get reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant or to close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified, at our sole discretion and without liability.

Account Registration

Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum the following information:

Any activity conducted through your 876get account using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

876get reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered player at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 876get platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 876get does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card issuer (Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 876get accepts no responsibility.

The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on 876get:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits credited to your 876get wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards
• Bank Transfer: Direct transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits applicable to each payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. 876get reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

876get operates a policy of returning funds only to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. In cases where the original payment method cannot receive the withdrawal, 876get may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.

Any deposit or withdrawal transaction suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms may be frozen pending investigation. 876get cooperates fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities and will not release frozen funds until such investigation is concluded to our satisfaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

876get offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 876get unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses apply only to specific game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, or cricket betting). Using bonus funds on ineligible games may not contribute to wagering requirements or may void the bonus.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: The maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to withdrawable cash is capped per promotion as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific promotion.
• Fair Use: 876get reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus from any account where we reasonably believe that the bonus is being exploited in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer.

Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of system errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension. The decision of 876get's compliance team in such matters is final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Each vertical operates under specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the 876get platform:

• Sufficient Funds: You may only place a bet or wager using funds available in your 876get BDT wallet. Credit wagering is not available.
• Confirmed Bets: Once a bet or wager is confirmed on the 876get platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an obvious system or pricing error has occurred.
• Odds and Prices: Cricket and sports betting odds are quoted in decimal format in BDT. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• System Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game results, or account balances due to a technical fault, 876get reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• Disconnections: 876get is not responsible for any bets or game sessions that are disrupted due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets already accepted and confirmed by the platform at the moment of disconnection remain binding.
• Game Provider Rules: For all casino games, the rules of the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the game studio's certified rules shall prevail for matters relating to game mechanics and RNG outcomes.

In-play (live) cricket betting markets operate in real time and odds may be suspended during natural breaks in play (e.g., between overs, during DRS reviews, or when weather interrupts play). 876get reserves the right to void in-play bets where market integrity cannot be confirmed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 876get platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or any technical vulnerability of the platform for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play
• Engaging in coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of guarantee-free returns or bonus extraction
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 876get support staff or other players
• Charging back deposits via your mobile financial service or card provider after funds have been wagered on the platform

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your 876get account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

876get reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on or linked to the account
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the 876get Responsible Gaming policy
• A player is found to be under the age of 18
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe
• A chargeback request is raised by the player against a 876get transaction
• 876get is required to act by any applicable law, regulation, or authority

Where an account is suspended as a result of a suspected breach or ongoing investigation, 876get will retain any balance in the account pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, 876get reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.
